Along January unntil April 7, the Satpol PP personnel have disciplined 200 pedicabs that roam around Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta.
It is hoped able to give deterrent effect and Pademangan will be free from pedicab in the future
Head of Pademangan Sub-district Satpol PP, Muhammad Syarif disclosed, those 200 pedicabs are netted from Jalan Hidup Baru, Elang Market, Jalan Pademangan Raya, Pademangan V, etc.
"Lately, pedicab has been rampant in Pademangan area. Its existence is really complained by local residents, because they lead to traffic jam," he told, Friday (4/8).
